    They seem to hate talking on the phone. Very rude and short. Dropped a standing air conditioner off. After a week called them to see what's going on. They said there still trying to figure out what's wrong with it... Ok but then after two weeks still no phone call.. I'm pretty sure all the good reviews are from ppl working there. Don't believe me just call them. My suggestion find someone on Craigslist or Angie's list. They will care more about you and your problem, instead of just your money.
